About wrinkles
For wrinkles, botulinum toxin, filler, Sculptra and skin boosters are used, chosen by whether they are expression lines that deepen with movement, folds from lost volume, or fine lines in the skin texture.
Several types often appear on the same face, so at your consultation we look at each area separately before choosing.
Which treatments are there?
Seven treatments are available for wrinkles, falling into three groups: relaxing muscle activity, filling hollows or supporting collagen production, and caring for skin texture.

How are expression lines and nasolabial folds approached differently?
Forehead, frown and eye lines that deepen when you smile or frown are linked to muscle movement, so botulinum toxin is looked at first; folds that sink with lost volume, such as nasolabial folds, are viewed together with filling them with filler or supporting collagen production with Sculptra.
How do the three botulinum toxin options differ?
The three use different products: Korean botulinum toxin, a Korean high-purity product aimed at reducing concerns about resistance, and imported Xeomin, presented as having complexing proteins removed. The choice depends on how many times and where you have had injections before.
What if fine lines and skin texture are the concern?
For fine lines or rough texture, skin boosters such as Rejuran Healer or Juvelook placed in small portions in the shallow layer may be considered. They are often repeated at intervals, and the number of sessions is decided after seeing how your skin responds to the first one.
